Weather Chat is very simple to use. First, click on Enter Weather Chat Here. This will bring you to the message board. If you want to post something, you can click on NEW TOPIC (which starts a new conversation), or click on one of the existing conversations (threads) and hit ADD REPLY to make your own comment about a particular topic. If you're not registered, just enter a user name when prompted, skip the password entry, and then enter your message.
